Located on the Las Vegas strip, City Center is the largest privately funded construction project in the history of the United States. City Center’s modern and even futuristic architecture is a joy to photograph. This image captures the City Center tram as it passes the Veer Towers which lean in opposite directions (five degrees from center).
Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health located in the Symphony Park area of downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, was designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry.
The Center is planned to become a national resource for the most current research and scientific information for the treatment of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s Diseases, and ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) as well as focusing on prevention, early detection and education. The center was completed and opened for business in Spring 2010.
The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign was designed by Betty Willis and was erected in 1959. It is a Las Vegas landmark known around the world.
On April 29, 2010 as a part of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor’s Authority summer marketing campaign, the text of the sign was changed for the first time in it’s history to read “Welcome to Fabulous Camp Vegas” for a 36 hour period.

The Santa Run is an annual charity event for Opportunity Village, a self-funded private not-for-profit organization that serves people with intellectual disabilities and the families who love them.
